By now, most of you know that the NHL pays its coaches, whether it’s through the salary cap or through a combination of signing players or re-signing players.
But what about the money that goes to their assistants?
Well, if you ask a lot of coaches, the answer is a lot.
This article looks at the salaries of all 30 NHL coaches, including the players they work with and the ones who are promoted.
The average salary for an assistant is $1.9 million per season, according to data compiled by NHL.com.
The average salary in the NHL for each assistant is roughly $2.5 million per year, per salary cap.
The salary cap does not allow teams to cut assistant coaches, but that doesn’t mean they can’t.
Some teams can, and that can be a big issue.
In a way, the salary data is interesting because it allows us to compare how a team deals with their assistants, a stat that helps us see which coaches are making the most money.
And it also helps us understand how effective a coach can be.
