People can post images that contain explicit sexual material, including but not limited to images of nudity, explicit sexual acts, or images of sexually explicit language.
The image should be posted in a private place, with the consent of the user, and can be removed from the website.
If the image is not posted to a public site, it can be deleted by the person posting it.
If it is uploaded to a social media platform, it must not be posted to another social media site that allows posting of images of images.
It can be a breach of copyright law for an image to be posted by someone who has not obtained the permission of the original owner.
If someone posts an image that is not approved, it is a breach to the copyright.
Anyone found to be engaging in the practice of distributing images of nude or explicit images is subject to a fine of up to $10,000 or a imprisonment of up 24 months, or both.
The Australian Federal Police have issued an alert on the matter.AAP
